How would you like to become a master at creating valuable interactions? How about being fully confident that you can turn those inevitable wasteful interactions in life into valuable ones? How would it feel if your colleagues came to you for help in designing and executing their work in a timely, connected, and valuable way?
All of this is possible and much easier than you may think! Creating valuable interactions starts with a solid grasp of what creates the conditions for people to work together in well-coordinated ways and then understanding “what conversation it is time for now.” Transforming wasteful interactions starts with first being able to recognize the symptoms of waste and then knowing how to quickly shift those interactions back to valuable ones.
This isn’t magic; we all have the ability to lead groups through connecting and valuable interactions. In fact, I am sure you can immediately think of several instances where you either led or were part of a highly functioning team that was operating out of continuous interactions of value!
This course will lead you on a journey to uncover your natural ability to create value. It will outline the ingredients of valuable interactions along with the signs and symptoms of wasteful interactions and equip you with the tools to recognize when you are in a cycle of waste and how to shift to a cycle of value.
After you have learned these skills and taken the time to work through the practice exercise, you will begin to notice that you can no longer operate the way you once did. You will see wasteful and valuable interactions everywhere, and you will know exactly what to do to ensure the groups you are a part of are operating from a place of value and, if necessary, how to intervene to interrupt cycles of waste and transform them to cycles of value.
